We have been working hand in hand with the owner of this project in upgrading numerous items that are in need of repair or being converted to maintenance free products. This job includes a total exterior makeover including all new siding, gutters, roofing, new deck as well as creating a covered entry. Energy credits apply for tax credits. Storage has also been added by building a storage shed attached to existing home.

This previous customer is creating a secondary 2^nd floor access from the exterior. New deck & screen porch are being added with roof top deck overlooking in ground pool with nature as the back drop.

This previous customer is upgrading the flooring throughout home, stripping wall paper and having house painted with new colors, installing new hardwood stairs and miscellaneous plumbing upgrades as well.

Recently completed kitchen upgrade as well as cosmetic changes inside (new paint and adding built-ins). Most importantly we created light by installing skylights & sun- tunnels. Do you need to see the light? Call to see how we can brighten your situation.

This four phase improvement includes minor exterior improvements such as repairing / replacing damaged siding as well as replacing old wooden vents with new operable windows for ventilation and no maintenance. Phase 2 involves converting existing porch with vinyl windows to more of a Sunroom by adding solid walls with insulation and real energy efficient windows. Phases 3 & 4 are two Bathroom upgrades involving new showers, flooring and upgraded fixtures.

This project was about creating a more open and enjoyable atmosphere for entertaining. This was accomplished by removing a common wall between the Dining area & Sun Room which opened up the area to feel and look larger.

Away go the bugs and rain. Enclosing an existing front porch with a roof structure and screening has created a more enjoyable outdoor space for relaxation while creating curb appeal.

2nd level living & storage expansion was the purpose of this project. More space was added by enlarging existing dormer on 2nd floor while upgrading existing flooring. Adding a covered entry for rain protection was also part of this project.

Interior energy efficiency upgrade along with a new Kitchen. This existing home will now benefit from new ceiling being installed to reduce heating & cooling losses along with installing a new tank less water heater & high efficiency HVAC system and a solar gable vent.

Addition of a 2nd floor dormer to enlarge and upgrade the Master Bath with new tiled shower, floors, granite tops and new plumbing fixtures.

This home will now boast panoramic views of Manklin Creek from the new Screen Porch and 2^nd floor Master Bedroom & Bathroom from private stairwell entry to 2^nd floor.

This existing home will be receiving a rear addition consisting of a new Bedroom & Bathroom adding an additional 300 square feet +
