Free Design Services
T&G Builders knows that design/build is the way to go, so we offer all of our customers complimentary design services. By eliminating the Middleman and establishing a direct line of communication between you, our design staff, and our construction staff, we can ensure a finished product that exceeds your expectations and meets our deadlines.
Or Fee for Design
For a fee of $2,500, T&G will provide consultation, design and estimating. After consultation, we will create floor plans and elevations for bid purposes. We will make any requested revisions up to three times if necessary. After your approval of the plans, we then provide you with a written estimate (specifications). If T&G is awarded the contract to build your home the $2,500 design fee is credited towards the purchase.
